Image Copyright Policy.
Whilst the copies of your Colour Prints / Photo CD-ROM's are
yours once you have purchased them The Event Photographer
retains the Copyright on all the original images.
We are happy for you to
use our photos in ANY publication or for ANY other commercial purpose and DO NOT charge for this.
We believe that it is unethical to charge an additional fee for copyright.
You should not have to pay twice for your photos.
All we ask is that you support us in return by kindly ensuring that any of our photos used are marked as follows ...

We have no plans to change our policy on Copyright at any time in the future.
If you wish to use one of our photos in an advert or
publication and are required to produce evidence of Copyright clearance / permission
please advise the publisher to view this policy statement on-line.
Regrettably we do not send emails to publications regarding our Copyright Policy
as most major Equine publications are aware of our policy already.
We have become increasingly aware that our larger preview images are being downloaded from our website and used illegally in advertisments. The larger preview images with the Copyright Policy Applies text on used on our website are intended to help our customers make an informed decision about which photos they might order. They are strictly for website display use only and must not be downloaded. It is illegal to use these unpaid for copies in any kind on advertisment or publication. The above open Copyright policy only applies to images that have been paid for.
